Bahrain: No quarantine expected for contacts of dynamic COVID-19 cases


The National Medical Taskforce for Combatting the Coronavirus (COVID-19) have declared the refreshed convention for contacts of dynamic COVID-19 cases, viable Sunday, 20 February, 2022.


Contacts of dynamic cases and the individuals who don't bear the 'Green Shield' on the BeAware application will never again have to go through prudent quarantine.


The Taskforce additionally declared the update of the convention for contacts of dynamic cases by restricting the PCR tests just to indicative cases:


1-Take a COVID-19 quick test; if the outcome seems positive, the individual should continue straightforwardly to one of the (drive-through) testing communities for a (PCR) test.


2-Take a PCR test for COVID-19 at a private clinic.


3-Call 444 to book an arrangement for a (PCR) test if there should be an occurrence of manifestations.
