Cairo: Kuwait's top requests court has requested the Interior Ministry to pay KD4,000 in remuneration for a Kuwaiti lady captured purportedly for emulating the other sex.

The Court of Cassation clarified that police had captured the lady "without defense" and accused them of submitting a "imperfect demonstration abusing their obligations," Al Jarida paper announced.

The last decision comes in light of a contestation recorded by the Interior Ministry against the remuneration governing prior gave by a requests court.

Police said the lady was trapped in the demonstration of mimicking the other sex for brandishing short hair and wearing a pants and a T-shirt.

The case traces all the way back to 2012 when cops captured the lady purportedly for mirroring the other sex and kept her in care forthcoming examinations. She was subsequently delivered because of absence of proof and unimportance of charges.

Afterward, the lady documented a claim requesting KD12,000 in pay from police.

At first, a first case court granted her KD3,000 in pay, a decision pursued by both the inquirer and the Interior Ministry. Accordingly, the requests court raised the remuneration total to KD8,000 that was subsequently brought down to KD4,000.
