  • 1 cup milk dairy or non dairy
  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 1 tablespoon honey

While the the ingredient list is extremely flexible, here’s one of my favorite combinations that’s simple yet so delicious:

  • Milk– 1 1/2 cup of milk, or any nut milk
  • Spinach– 2 cups fully packed
  • Banana– 1 banana (frozen is best)
  • Apple– 1 apple sliced into pieces
  • Avocado– 1/4 avocado

Directions

    Just toss the above ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend for about 30 seconds. That’s it! By the end of it, you’ll have a deliciously creamy and vibrant smoothie.

    4. SPICY MANGO LIME SMOOTHIE



    Ingredients

    • 1/2 freshly-squeezed lime
    • 1/2 banana
    • 1/2 cup diced frozen mango
    • 1/4 jalapeno, chopped
    • 1 cuP milk
    • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds

    Directions

    • Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth.



    5. STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cup milk
    • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
    • 1 cup raspberries
    • 1/2 cup strawberries
    • 1 whole banana

    Directions

    • In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup milk with chia seeds. Let sit at least 20 minutes and up to 1 hour, until chia expands and the texture becomes pudding-like.
    • Transfer chia mixture to blender and add remaining 1/2 cup milk, berries, and banana.
    • Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth.
