Chicago's shooting binge

A shooting early Saturday at a lodging in rural Chicago left one individual dead and a few others harmed. Officials who reacted about 2:35 a.m. to a report of shots discharged on the fifth floor of the Indian Lakes Hotel in the town of Bloomingdale saw a few people escaping the inn and found "numerous obvious gunfire casualties" inside, police said in a news discharge.

The man was endeavoring to separate a battle between two guys around 9 pm in the 1600 square of North Cicero Avenue when one of the guys pulled out a weapon and discharged shots, striking the man in the back and leg, Chicago police said. He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was articulated dead.

Upwards of six others were hit by gunfire, yet the specific number was obscure in light of the fact that few individuals escaped — including at least one potential suspects. A fifth casualty kicked the bucket Tuesday following a shooting binge that began in Chicago and finished in Evanston a month ago.

The revealed shooter, later recognized as Jason Nightengale, 32, purportedly shot a few people aimlessly; killing two more, as he entered a close by high rise, took a vehicle, endeavored a burglary, headed to Evanston, endeavored a subsequent theft and abducted a lady at an IHOP.
